About This Course
This four-week program is completed entirely at your own pace. Designed for mid-level managers who are responsible for executing (but not setting) strategy, participants will build skills across four different dimensions and apply them in a simulated business experience.
The program is organized around the Insight Experience Cycle of Strategy Execution Model™, which includes five stages. Considering the stages separately allows a manager to clarify thinking, recognize opportunities and risks, and behave proactively in the interests of the larger organization.
“The simulation really highlighted the impact of decisions across all levels of the organization from a management perspective.”
