This was great. I have sung its praises to anyone I talked to about it. Never thought I would get this much out of something that was virtual and self-guided... I loved it and felt like I got a ton out of it.

A course designed for experiential learning
Experiential learning programs thrust leaders into scenarios that test their limits, often presenting them with challenges that might be commonplace in their normal work environment, but are nevertheless difficult to navigate.
Karen Maxwell Powell
I have noticed in our business simulations that the “ah-ha!” moment for participants tends to happen after running multiple rounds of a simulation. Repetition is the mother of learning. On the athletic practice field it’s sometimes referred to as “getting in your reps.”
Tim Goodman
Leaders learn from feedback: business results, observations from others, and personal reflection. A business simulation provides powerful risk-free feedback to accelerate leader growth. This is why we do what we do at Insight Experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
This course is designed for new or aspiring leaders who manage people directly or are individual contributors responsible for managing projects.
The reality is, this new work world requires leadership skills at every level. Whether your team reports directly to you or not, you may be required to deliver results through others. This course will prepare you to do just that by equipping you prioritization, strategic thinking, and coaching skills.
The course is designed to work around your schedule and at your pace with one deadline per week. You should expect to dedicate 4-5 hours of time to learning activities and you will be expected to complete the business simulation activities by noon on Fridays.
The way you register (as an individual or with a team) only impacts your Business Simulation Experience. You can choose to complete the Simulation experience alone or with a team of peers.
You might register as an individual if:
- you want to complete the business simulation completely independently, making your own decisions
- your schedule restricts your ability to meet with others during the week
You might register with a team if:
- you're completing this program with colleagues from your company or school
- you want to build your personal network by cultivating deeper relationships with peers across industries
- you enjoy collaborative decision-making
Upon completion of this course, participants receive a digital badge that can be shared with the world via LinkedIn or Facebook, in your email signature, or on your resume.
