The Choice Awards, run by Training magazine and Training Magazine Network (TMN), are the training industry's only crowd-sourced solution provider awards. Instead of a judging panel, winners are chosen by votes from customers, learners, end users, and industry experts.
How winners were selected:
- Voters chose from an alphabetical list of providers compiled from Training and TMN's industry data and research, or entered their own preferred provider.
- Close to 12,000 votes were cast for nearly 300 providers, the most competitive voting to date.
- Winners were determined by a combination of total votes and an average weighted score based on effectiveness.
The Leadership Development category honors programs that build the skills, mindset, and adaptability leaders need, from emerging managers to senior executives. Because Choice Awards winners are chosen by the people who experience and evaluate learning programs, this recognition reflects how our clients and participants see our work.
