Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning

Created in collaboration with a uniform and workwear services company, the Bringing Leadership Principles to Life program won a Silver award for Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning. This innovative, four-hour simulation immerses senior leaders in realistic business scenarios, helping them operationalize the client's leadership principles by navigating complex decision-making processes. Through these scenarios, participants learn to balance short-term and long-term goals, enhance strategic agility, and cultivate an enterprise mindset. The program's success is evident in its widespread acceptance and significant impact on leadership practices.
