Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy

Our award-winning Silver entry for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy is for our Accelerate Program with Convoy. This is a two-day in-person intensive that enables managers to deepen their understanding and application of Convoy’s Manager Expectations. The program brings the Manager Expectations to life through a highly customized business simulation experience, individual and group reflection, and application activities to practice desired manager behaviors.

The program fills an important need in providing Convoy’s manager population with exposure to and practice using the Convoy Manager Expectations. It has also broadened the perspective and network of participants by helping them connect with managers across the organization.
